Auto Text is an automatic typing programme which increases the speed of your typing by automatically inserting frequently used syntactical parts within your writing. It is possible to customize this program by creating a whole range of commonly used words or phrases and assigning a letter or a word to signify these phrases which then can be easily inserted into something you are writing as per requirement by referring to these keywords or letters. This can effectively reduce a whole sentence (or even a paragraph) to a couple of letters. Thus, you can assign the keyword "pr" in place of the sentence "Please reply as soon as possible" and when you type those two letters Auto Text will insert the whole sentence. Auto Text can be used for professionals who are writing similar business letters or even for individuals who want an easy way to insert their email signatures into other write-ups.

AutoText is a Text Expander for Windows. Automate your typing - assign keywords (abbreviations) to frequently used phrases and AutoText will insert a common phrase or paragraph each time you type the corresponding keyword/abbreviation.
For example, type "ffr" and Auto Text will replace this keyword with a phrase "Feel free to contact us".
AutoText stores your common text fragments (email signatures, frequently used sentences, common phrases) organized in folders and quickly inserts them into your documents while you type. It is an autocomplete/autocorrect feature added to ANY program.
